Before proceeding with your reservation, kindly review our terms and conditions. Please proceed with the booking only if you agree to and will comply with them. Thank you.

Visitors who book a play session at Elian’s Corner online must acknowledge, comprehend, and agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions outlined below. Additionally, these terms and conditions will be binding for every individual included in the booking.

  • I/We agree to follow Elian’s Corner's RULE OF PLAY

  • I/We agree not to consume any food or drink at Elian’s Corner that has not been purchased there (with the exception of children).

  • I/ We accept that SI Kale Ltd t/a Elian’s Corner accepts no liability for loss or injury caused to anyone whilst in the premises

  • We acknowledge that the safety and behaviour of our children during the booking period at Elian’s Corner are entirely our responsibility.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Elian’s Corner applies a strict no refunds policy for play sessions - however you may reschedule your booking up to 3 hours prior.

  • For birthday parties, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your booking total and you will be refunded the remaining balance of your booking

  • Elian’s Corner reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will promptly inform you and provide a full refund under this condition. No further compensation will be given.

Social media competitions Terms and Conditions

  • By entering Elian’s Corner’s prize draw, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below:

  • The specific prize will be detailed in the social media post related to the particular competition.

  • Prizes or any portion of them cannot be exchanged for cash, tickets, or services and are non-transferable.

  • Entries are open to UK residents aged 18 and above.

  • The competitions are not open to Elian’s Corner employees or their immediate families.

  • Entries must be submitted on the designated social media platform; only comments on the relevant channel will be considered valid.

  • Elian’s Corner will not be held responsible for entries that are not received for any reason.

  • Only one entry per individual is permitted; any automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

  • The promotional period will be specified in the respective social media post, and Elian’s Corner reserves the right to terminate the promotion without prior notice.

 

Selection and Notification of Winner:

  • The winner will be randomly selected and announced upon acceptance of the prize.

  • Elian’s Corner may adjust the competition end date at its discretion.

  • Winners will be privately notified via social media; failure to respond within two weeks may result in the prize being offered to another entrant.

  • Contestants' details may be shared with collaborating third-party companies for order fulfillment purposes.

  • With the winner's consent, the first name will be publicly announced on Elian’s Corner’s social media platforms.

  • By participating, you authorize Elian’s Corner to provide updates on the competition and your entry.

As per our Privacy Policy, you can request the removal of your image, email address, or any other submitted details from our records at any time.
