To avoid disappointment, it's always best to book your session online.

We do not offer refunds for General Admission tickets, however we can provide the option to reschedule your visit for a different date or time. Please get in touch.
For party bookings, we charge a non-refundable deposit of £150. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your party date, the remaining amount will be refunded to you. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your party date, you will receive a credit note to be used at Elian’s Corner for the remaining balance.
It is a mandatory requirement for socks to be worn at all times in the play areas. Socks can also be purchased from reception.
Play sessions are for a maximum of 90 minutes per booking.
There is a public pay-as-you-go car park at The Sobell Leisure Centre which is a 1 minute walk from Elian’s Corner. There is also payable bay parking along Hornsey Road.
With the exception of baby food, only food and drinks purchased in our café can be consumed on site.
Parents/carers are responsible for their children and must not leave them unattended or unsupervised at any time.
Admission tickets for sessions may be available on the day, subject to availability. To ensure you secure your spot, it is recommended to book your tickets online in advance and avoid disappointment.
